Founded in 1991 in the city of Al Ain, Al-Askafi Group began as a modest shop importing its products exclusively from Italy, renowned for its high-quality craftsmanship. From the outset, Al-Askafi sandals stood out for their exceptional durability under harsh weather conditions, becoming a symbol of resilience and elegance.
In 2007, the group took a bold leap by importing and assembling an Italian factory in Al Ain. This initiative aimed to bring Italian artistry to the UAE, enhancing excellence in quality, detail, and luxury. This move marked the beginning of a footwear revolution, as Al-Askafi introduced the concept of customized sandals—allowing customers to design their own products by selecting leather types and the components that suited them best.
